I have this on a coffee cup. I generally have no opinion of stuff like this, but the words above fit me perfectly. How can a name given at birth determine what kind of person they will grow up to be?

I am very open minded when it comes to spirituality. Mother Teresa demonstrated it best when she held so many in her arms as they died. She never once suggested the dying person renounce their belief system and become Catholic, before they died. She had full respect for all forms of spirituality.

I am very much into changing lives for the better. I was in Honduras many years ago. Honduras is the most economically challenged country of the Americas. It's a land packed with natural resources. The people work hard, but poverty is still alive and well.

15 years ago, I professed to live a life of simplicity, based on the life and service of Saint Francis of Assisi.

It is my goal to join with other like minded people and change lives for the better, one soul at a time, one day at a time.
